NEPTUN WERFT has once again been recognized as a “TOP Training Company.” With this award, the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce honors the outstanding commitment of the training team as well as the consistently strong results achieved by the apprentices in their final examinations.

The foundation for this continued success is a modern, modular training concept that closely integrates theory and practice and provides optimal preparation for the demands of the working world.

Particularly noteworthy: Successfully completing an apprenticeship usually leads to a permanent position at NEPTUN WERFT—clear evidence of attractive career prospects and long-term job security.

Currently, NEPTUN WERFT has 30 apprentices across four professions. Thanks to the strong order situation, the number of training positions can be increased from the current 12 to 20 per year.
