Project Management

The project managers at NEPTUN WERFT are responsible for managing the construction of individual river cruise ships and floating engine room units. Our project managers focus on essential project management issues, maintaining close contact with shipping companies, classification societies and surveyors, and counting on the work of various departments and trades during the construction of ships. Our employees work closely with the core project team to manage the development of each ship and floating engine room unit (FERU). They help select our components and suppliers, and they take responsibility for the construction, commissioning and delivery of each river cruise ship and FERU to the shipping company. They also coordinate and process any claims made by shipping companies during the warranty period.

A wide range of professionals work as project managers at NEPTUN WERFT. Most of them have completed technical training or a technical degree.
